I have tried to use Morton Michel however, Im not over 21 so they cant insure me..What am I going to do? Anyone got anyother sites?

NCMA and PANN (now called The Voice I think) also NannyInsure (a condition of theirs is that you are at least 18 years of age).

Wasn't aware of the age condition on the MM policy, though I'm in my 30's so MM wouldn't have had reason to tell me.

My sister is only 19 and she was offered nanny insurance by MM, they will lower the age if you are getting the insurance in order to register with OFSTED. Give them a call.
