Our Nanny returns from maternity leave in September and will be bringing her baby with her.
I'm after any advice from people who have been through a similar situation with advice on contracts, pay, sickness provision etc etc.
I'm aware that we legally need to offer her previous terms of employment but of course with her new circumstances we can provide a new contract.
