Do I need to do Observations for Reception age?

Am starting to mind reception kids in September, do I need to do observations on them? Or are they not part of EYFS anymore??

You need to comply with EYFS until the end of august after their 5th birthday.

Yup, you need to do obs and assessments as coolj says - and also be able to show Ofsted how you share the information with the school.
