Anyone know of and reccomend a babysitter that covers N16. Am looking for any agency that has registered nurses as babysitters - am told they do exsist. all info appreciated!

I am not sure which agency you would be looking at you could try snap childcare they may have some registered nurses on their books

I am a qualified childrens nurse and do ad-hoc nanny and babysitting work but am in east midlands so too far from you.

there is another couple of childrens nurse I think post on here so maybe one of them is near to you.

have you tried sitters? they use registered childminders, nannies, nusery assistants etc

NewbieMTB - what is the specific care requirement your child/children have? Finding someone with the necessary medical training/skills may be tricky, depending on what the precise needs are. Local support organisations for the particular medical need may be able to help you.

FindASitter, an online service, specialise in babysitters who are confident and experienced in working with children with disabilities or special needs. FindASitter isn't an agency, just a service to help you find a suitable babysitter.
You may find someone on there with the necessary medical training - though I feel that your chances of finding a SRN or RGN may be quite low.
