Just tidied up puzzle corner and found little black droppings, assuming it's mouse/mice - do I need to close or anything drastic like that??

Planning on having a major bleach/disinfect of EVERYWHERE tonight/tomorrow (not working till after lunch tmrw)

Hubby has been ordered to Homebase after work for humane mousetraps

Well we laid two traps last night with peanutbutter in them, both had flipped this morning, one was empty but got one caught - DH flung it out violently at arms length gently let it go this morning over the field at the back.

I've had to cancel a new parent visit this morning to carry on deep cleaning and have got a mindee to pick up from nursery at 12 and have till 3pm, so we are going out and not coming to the house while it reeks of bleach etc fumes, thought it best.

Does anyone know if mice have a homing instinct type thing??
