Hi, just wanted to say thank you to each of the lovely people who advised me a while ago on getting a live-in nanny for the first time including jura, pixi, athene, blondeshavemorefun and nick. I really appreciated the advice on setting salary and doing the contract and house rules. My nanny started last week and despite me pretty much breaking out in hives (I was very stressed!) just before she started, its going really well.
