MY PROFILE
ABOUT ME
Hi my name is Jane I am a registered Childminder with ofsted and have been childminding for 5 1/2 yrs now. I have been CRB checked, First Aid trained and fire marshal trained. I have recently completed my Early Years Training and am about to complete my NVQ 3 in childcare. I am also a mum to a little girl who is 5 1/2 and a boy 4. I am married, can drive and am a non-smoker. I own my own home and have a separate large play room and large garden area.
In Our play room we have a large selection of toys. A reading corner and dressing up corner. There is a soft foam floor area for the little ones. The children also have their own T.V and DVD Player and use of a Computer and a Nintendo DS. The computer is purely there for the children to have fun or do school work on its not connected to the internet to protect your child accessing any inappropriate sites. The older ones are also able to chill out on their own sofa.
Outside we have a trampoline, big and little slide, swing, seesaw, sand and water table, play house, lots of ride on toys, roller skates, cricket set, balls paddling pool etc. In the summer I have a large gazebo I put up to keep the children safe in the sun.
We have 1 pet cat called Jess who is such a big softie. The children all love holding, stroking, playing and feeding her.
In the summer we enjoy visiting the beach which is only a 20 min walk away or 4mins in the car. We have 2 large parks nearby where we enjoy a nice picnic. We regularly also attend the local mother and toddler groups and enjoy meeting new and old friends at the 3 local children?s centers nearby.

MY EXPERIENCE
I have been childminding for 5 1/2 yrs but was babysitting from 13yrs old. In total I have cared for over 26 children plus my own 2. I have completed various childcare courses and continuing to improve my learning all the time. I currently have 5 children I care for in the day time between 8mths and 11yrs and 2 children who stay for overnight care one is 5mths and the other 6yrs.
Having cared for children from birth upwards I feel I have a great knowledge of child care.
I also have an assistant that works with me when needed. She is my sister and a mum to 2 little girls herself Lilly 4 and Layla 2. She has been ofsted checked and CRB checked. Hi,

I am looking for a childminder (or a nannyshare) to look after my one year old girl for two days a week, 9am to 6pm approx. I am flexible on the days.

We live near Hackney Downs station, E8, so someone around the London Fields/Dalston area would be ideal.

I would love someone who is vegetarian, as we are, but this is by no means essential.

Many thanks,

Leanor

Hi all - great great nanny to recommend

I am a mum of 2 - ages 2 + 6. We sadly have to let our nanny go as my work contract has finished and want to help find her a lovely new home.
Lavinia has been a dream nanny. She is loving, calm, organised and well qualified. She had our children in a great routine helping with everything from pre school classes, homework, organising art and games at home and taking on outings. She has the ability to never loose her calm - I wish I did!

Alongside this she has helped keep a busy household organised; helping with nursery (and ours at times) laundry and preparing delicious home cooked meals - ensuring we stick to a budget...

We are so sorry to see her go but at the same time keen to make sure she finds a great next home

if you are interested please contact me:
