Hi.

I'm a 33 year old nanny with 15 years experience looking for work in the Beckenham area. ( I'm close to the overland which gets me into Victoria in 20 mins so would consider other areas on the line also)

Currently working 5 days a month for a family with a 2 year old and a 5 year old, so some flexibility on days needed but if there is a cross over a share is fine.
Ideally looking for 2 days a week but open to pretty much all ideas

£8.50 per hour. CV and references available. I pay my own Tax and NI.

I'm a non driver but very active and love to be out and about with the kids in the good weather or doing arts and crafts, baking etc when we are stuck inside!

NannyP · 31/05/2010 21:13

Hello Mum's I'm an Ofsted Registered Nanny, my 3rd CRB has just been processed, and I have also just finished my 3rd Paediatric First Aid course, excellent references are also available. I'm currently working with two young families in the SE1 (London Bridge & Borough Market) area but I now have a vacancy on a Wednesday and Friday for a child (Baby), all day/part time and I would also consider some evening & weekend work. Please contact me on [email protected] if you would like to meet up for a coffee and a chat. Pauline

Hi All

I'm looking for a lovely child minder for my 1 year old boy. I'm going back to work first week in August and we live in London near Victoria Park e9 (would consider anyone in Homerton, Hackney, Mile end).

It would be 5 days a week, 8:00 - 5:30pm. Would like someone that is part of a childminders network & loves to get out and about with the kids.

Mambear · 02/06/2010 13:59

Hello, we are looking for a childminder for the beginning of September for our baby boy. He will be 9/10months old by then.

Can anyone recommend a childminder working in the following areas of London?;

Dalston Kingsland
De Beauvoir
Highbury and Islington

We need someone to look after him 4 days a week, 8am to 5pm.

It's a childminder minefield out there and I'm really struggling, so any advice would be appreciated.

Rachel

I need a Nanny (live in or live out, flexible) in the Sevenoaks area. We will need someone who can start from 7am, finish time around 6.30/7.00pm
We're still in London at the moment but will be moving to 7oaks area come July and that's when we will need a nanny.
We've had 2 nannies in the past - one for 2.5 years and our last one for 4 years.

CityChildminder · 02/06/2010 19:00

trace28, sorry but you are not allowed to provide childcare from your own home if you are not registered. It is illegal. You are breaking the law as is any parent who uses your services.
Why don't you register? Very few parents are going to take chances with their children.

CityChildminder · 02/06/2010 19:02

trace28, you should not be providing childcare from your own home if you are not registered with Ofsted. It is illegal. You are breaking the law, as are any parents who use your services. Very few parents would be prepared to leave their child with an unregistered childminder in my experience.

Why don't you register???

CityChildminder · 02/06/2010 19:04

sorry, didn't realise both had been posted...

CityChildminder · 02/06/2010 19:05

Mambear, I live just off Old Street roundabout if that is any good for you and will have a space from September.

My email is citychildminder@yahoo dot co dot uk

Hello I'm looking for a childminder in Seven Dials/Hove towards the end of the year. Currently have DS who is 18 months (and another on the way).
At the moment he's in nursery 2x days a week but looking to switch to a childminder, and possibly to 3x school hours days.
Thanks!

Naty75 · 03/06/2010 18:08

Hello
I am looking for a lovely nanny to look after my lovely son 9 months now. He is very smiley and happy. On Mondays. We offer £50.00 in Canada Water from 7 to 6pm. Excellent references needed. Thanks

AmeliaJaneAgain · 03/06/2010 22:15

Hi, We are looking for a nanny in the Billericay area from October. We have two children DS will be 3.2 and DD will be 11 months.

DS is very active, good natured and funny, he loves being outdoors, he currently attends a nursery and is well liked by the staff there.

DD is just developing her personality, but she worships her big brother!

We're looking for someone they can laugh and cuddle with all day, someone who will go outside whatever the weather, someone who will remember the little things that happen during the day because we love to hear them when we get in.

Post here if you would be a match. Thanks!

daLadyM · 04/06/2010 08:22

Please get in touch if this is of interest.
Thanks

Upper Walthamstow solution

Hi,

I am looking for a childcare solution for my son who will be 11 months old when I go back to work at the end of July. I either want a childminder or a recommendation of a nursery or even a nanny share. I shall be working two days a week but have not fixed the days yet. I don't have a car so would like to keep things quite local.

Thank you for any help.

Cazzie1 · 05/06/2010 14:02

I've put a message on mumsnetlocal but I'm not sure people will be able to access it. We live in Southend on sea in Essex and are looking for someone to take care of our children on Saturdays during the school year and one day a week during the school holidays (it wouldn't matter which day). We have 3 children aged 16 months, 3 years and 5 years. Would prefer someone aged 30 or over but would consider someone aged 25 plus with good qualifications.
