Full-time nanny needed - Reading

Sorry, I know this isn't a recruitment board but I am feeling desperate.

I am going back to work in June and my childcare arrangements have suddenly fallen through.

Any experienced nannies looking for a full-time Mon-Fri role caring for three small children?

This is sole charge so I need someone with nanny experience and really GOOD references (plus ideally Ofsted-registered) so I can go back to work without crying into my copy of Owl Babies every day.

Quite a few nannies type on here and some are looking for work. I think you'll get some reponses if you type more details (live in or out?, kids ages? car included? etc.) and also provide some contact details.

Where? Link doesn't seem to be working?

Forgot to say the post is live-out. Children's ages 5, 2.5 and the baby.

Where are you currently advertising. www.nannyjob.co.uk and Reading Gumtree are both worth a try.

As the job is live-out, being as clear as possible with the location is important. 'Reading' can describe quite a large area. For example, If someone lived in Bracknell, Caversham would be a pain to get to , whereas Lower Earley, Woodley are much easier.

When composing ads, include the salary as that helps to avoid wasting your and nannies time. A nanny wanting £30k isn't going to apply for a job paying £20k (well, usually they won't... but the job market isn't that buoyant at present). Also state in the advert if the salary is Net or Gross, as some nannies don't understand the difference. (As the employer, you should always agree a GROSS wage in the contract).

Also put in the advert the start time, finish time. That will help applicants know what time they have to get up, to get to work on time... and when they can expect to get home.

Some possibles I've found on the web:
Nanny seeking work in Reading - already Ofsted Registered, has 7 years experience Start date could be an issue though, as they want End of June.

Another possibility, who is in Woodley area - Not Ofsted Registered, but has NVQ Level 2 so may be able to meet the requirements.
