Take your registration certificate and 2 proofs of address - have been a member for 2 yrs and saved a fortune.

Costco is just brilliant. It's the 1 thing I miss now I live in East Anglia - the nearest one is Thurrock .

Do you know if you have to pay fee of any kind? was thinking about joining myself

PaulaAtMummyKnowsBest · 08/05/2009 22:57

i think the fee is £20 or £30 a year

I have a Costco business membership and just renewed,it cost £23.
Did you know if you register your business with Tesco's you can collect vouchers to exchange for equipment, usually computer equipment, currently activity stuff. I was giving my vouchers away to the school but NCMA Vice Chair told me about it and with familys help have now got over 700

The other Cash & Carry you can join is Makro, that is free & again just need your registration Certificate, business note paper or busines Card & proof of address., competitive prices

Shoshe · 14/05/2009 18:02

i have a Makro Card (no Costco here) again registration and two receipts over £50.00, no charge at Makro.

But Makro and Costco are completely different - Makro is much more like a 'normal' supermarket but with giant size packs. Costco you can't get a full range - and sometimes something that you've been getting for a while just disappears - but it can be v. good value for something - you do need to know 'normal' supermarket prices though as somethings are not cheaper.
