Nanny Contract - Template

I am just about to employ a nanny. We have agreed the basics but now need to move on to actually start writing the contract! I was wondering if anybody has a contract template they can share with me or a checklist type document of things that need to be included / covered in the contract.

Any help would be most appreciated.

The NannyJob Specimen Contract is a starting point.

6.3: Gross Misconduct may need some expanding to cover things you consider are instant dismissal situations.

Some parents have a handbook, which is easier to update than a contract. The contract is there as well, but it refers to the handbook for things that may change - such as actual duties.

ACAS: Written Statements sets out the minimum requirements of what must be in a contract (Written Statement).
