Hello all!

Just wanted to know a couple of things please!
Ive had my registration inspection back in November.Im due my next inspection in the next couple of months. Do I get graded then? Is it just like the normal inspections you get every three years?
Sorry for all the questions!Im starting to panic and I want to make sure I have everything ready!!

Thanks
Emma

apparently they should inspect you within 6mths of registration, but they will ring you beforehand to ask if you have any mindees on roll. if you haven't they usually agree to ring you in a couple of months, hopefully by then you will be up and running . i think with eyfs coming in last year they are a bit behind in some regions so you may have a bit of 'grace' time . i would go on the ofsted webby and review recent inspections in your area - that will give you a good idea of what they are looking for and what recommendations are being made. good luck.

it is entirely different to reg insp imo, have you filled in the sef? not that you have to but it gives you a good idea of questions they might ask and what they are looking for. Mine took over 4 hours!
