Shoshe - sorry to hear the sad news. Hope you are ok?

Just started training up my DD age 9 to do more of the 'bigger' cleaning jobs. She is a bargain at a fiver for scrubbing the floors. Will move on to dusting once she's mastered that one. She can already cook (supervised), so we are getting there .

hSMM am seriously considering, seeing if DGD would like to do some cleaning for extra money, but not sure she would do it to my standard! (if her room is anything to go by, her idea of tiding up when I finally lose the plot over it, is to open the wardrobe and shove everything in, or under the bed!)

Shoshe, I thought I was having a sh*t week. Can I say that on CM thread? TFIF, in fact.

Hope you and your family are okay.

HSMM, good for you! and your DD.

I am having a crisis about whether to defer EYP or not. Feeling overloaded. Losing main earner end of April (and the love of my life, apart from DS!) and will be heartbroken. And inspection due in a few months. Learning Journeys are behind. SEF needs attention. And I have no wine in the fridge for tonight.

Busy day again today - surprise surprise!

Short and sweet Staff Room today? Everyone must be very busy. Sorry about your troubles Shoshe. Do you really need to be told that DGD is not a feasible solution to your cleaning woes, though!

I'm dropping in, btw, just to mark my first year as a WOHM. Can you believe, a whole year has gone by?
