Well, Ofsted must be coming to me for my first proper inspection tomorrow. She wasnt allowed to tell me however she did say she would come when i was working, so either Monday or Wednesday this week, she didnt arrive Monday. I feel I must thank everyone on here who has helped me over the past 4 months, i really wouldnt be able to get through this without you lot

Will update you with the verdict tomorrow

went very very well, she was here for 4 hours

my upset mindee was upset for much longer than usual due to her being around, but after an hour or so, settled down and gave her cuddles, which helped

she said that I was the best at a first inspection that she had seen, gave me good in all 4 outcomes, so an overall good grade.
in all honesty am a little disapointed that I couldnt get that bit extra for outstanding but she did say that if there was a nearly outstanding or very very good, then she would be putting that. No recomendations other than further development through training, apparently my let down as such was the lack of evidence for things, which obviously couldnt be produced due to my lack of time minding. The things that I was going to do couldnt be taken into consideration. She did say that she sincerely hoped that she could do my next inspection as she knew that my grade would improve.

A huge THANK YOU to all you lovely mumsnetters who have helped me, I really couldnt have done it without you.
