Hi my children have been to a local childminder for a the last couple of yrs but she has now decided to give up and find an office job as her children are all at school.
I'm now considering a nanny share as I want my children to benefit from a home environment but I can't afford a nanny on my own. Any good news stories re nanny shares? Anyone looking to share in the Caversham area? Would be happy with a nanny with own child - does this qualify as a nanny share?
