Thank goodness it is half term next week.

Going to a CM friend today to help her get started on EYFS.

Then i should, by rights, have a fairly calm day once toddler is down for a sleep. Can someone please remind DS that I am going to have a CALM day today??

Morning everyone.

Nearly got everything packed for DD's brownie camp tonight. She's away until Wednesday afternoon when I have to go and collect her with 3 mindees with me.

No4 DS - Please be good and very calm and helpful for mummy PLEASE

eleanorsmum · 13/02/2009 08:07

morning all! again! (wrote a lovely message and bl**dy PC crashed again, we really need a new one!)

anyway - dd got inset too today so taking her and mindee to fun session at sports centre, then out for lunch. DD looking forwards to it alot, spending time with mummy and mindee who gets on very well despite the 2 year age gap!

Have a CALM day all, No.4 DS are you listening.........

No4 - hope you have a nice CALM day

Katy - hello

Shoshe - have a good day. Have you settled into your new place now?

Mumlove - enjoy the break

EllieM - have fun, hopefully see you Wed? (I've asked nannynick too)

leonifay - poor you, hope you feel better soon. Bloomin sick bugs!! I've had 3 this winter and the last one lasted a whole week (thought was better then started being sick again - very odd!)

Vi - hello

Feels like I haven't been in proper touch with you all for ages! Just been soooo tired all the time as had 3 months of ds2 getting up every 2/3 hours for a feed and I ended up loosing the plot a bit lol. Anyway, after a bit of help we seem to have him sleeping through again, apart from the last couple of nights and daytimes but that's because he has a bad ear infection and sore throat!!

Right, off to do some party food and blow up some balloons. It's one of my mindees birthday on Sunday (same day as mine ) so we're having a little party this afternoon. I hope parents are all on time tonights as I'm being picked up 20 mins after I finish work to go and have a girlie night at a friend's. One mum didn't pick up til 8.40pm the other night due to bad traffic thanks to the floods so hope it's all clear tonight!

Oh........for those that didn't know.......OFSTED have called and I have my inspection soon so will probably be on here more asking lots of questions!

Catch up soon x

nomoreamover · 13/02/2009 13:54

been a busy and manic week - lots been happening and all these enquiries have suddenly come out of the woodwork and I am turning work away - not how I envisaged this week!

Thing is I couild do without settling in new mindees when OFsted are looming - bet they come on my latest additions first day........

anyone had that happen?

KatyMac · 13/02/2009 16:02

I have been trialling a system in the school where the school sign the children in & out - it seems to be working & I have found a use for my newest gadget - attaching the signing sheet in to the diary

Sad aren't I?
