Morning!

DS has a dental appointment which should mean fun and games!

So we are off to soft play afterwards as a treat. Despite my best chirpy efforts, DS is NOT keen on the old "OPEN WIDE!" treatment.

At least there is no 11.30 school run.

Hi all, Im having a lovely day. I picked up one of my mindees this morning for a cuddle and he puked right in my mouth, down my hair, cleavage etc. Yum. I can still taste black grapes pah...

Im never cuddling a toddler again ever... (well for a minute anyway)

Peppa Pig was my LO cure for the dentist. There is an episode where Peppa and George go to the dentist and George is a bit scared etc but it turns out all right.

My 3yo stopped eating sweets because Peppas dentist says that they are not good for you. Thats what he told me anyway

Have a good day everyone.

Hi all
Please keep your fingers crossed for me tom at 1pm! I have my interview for TA at dd's school.

No4 - wathcing and waiting with interest! Also hows the EYPS going? Some of my ex fellow students have gt their gateway review this week, Alot of prep, glad I'm out of it. Do you have to do this?

Dentists.....................I still need bribing! had bad experince as child when one just pushed out my wobbly tooth i had my adult front teeth through at the same time as my baby ones. she just pushed the baby ones out the way! still traumatised now but DD seems to be ok with them! think the princess stickers help!

coolj - eeewwwww! the joys of our job! you'll need a glass of wine tonight i'm sure!

hope evryone else is ok!

Oh - Ihave two other questions if anyone has the time to answer? When will DD stop being sooooooooooooooooo tired after recpetion! she started full time at beg of jan and been ok ish but she's very emotional at the best of times and we've had lots of wet knickers and tears!
Also - any of you had a 9 month old that whistles? very odd am sure he's just experimenting with his mouth but it is funny! paretns told me about it yesterday and ddin't really belive them but its true! this is what he looks like when whistling! LOL.

Numberfour · 27/01/2009 14:42

coolj, a glass of wine after hours is required! will def sort out your day for you.

eleanorsmum, the course is huge, as you know. Had 3 sessions, at home session this week. i waiver between being 100% confident and feeling ridicuolous at even thinking i may be able to do it! still need to get started on the tasks.

and i have network training tonight but i am so tired i just want to sleeeeppp - anyone think i should go or get into bed early AGAIN with no wine AGAIN ???(cannot stomach the thought of a glass of wine [vomit emoticon - especially for coolj])

sorry,e'smum, no advice re tired DD.... not sure what to do.

No 4 - you got to be???? Don't go if your not up for it, you 'll just hate yourself for it when your over tired tomorrow.

Coolj - urgh feel for you, definitely have some wine tonight (I might have a glass as well, depends what time dh gets through the door - hes coming home yippee!!!)

EM - good luck for tomorrow, will be thinking of you. Sorry can't help re tiredness, mine never seem to give in anyway and Tom started school 4 years ago so a while ago for mw, but will probably be asking for advice next year when ds3 starts school

Crace - hope your cold goes soon.

Mums wanders around her home, looking for things to tide..... why am I bothering when he is probably going to bring me home 3 or 4 loads of washing!! and just dump the suitcase in the dining room, as he flys back out on sunday!
