CM CLub: Last final panic - plese help?

I'm on the last pages of my SEF

The Welfare & Learning and development requirements

Are these fully in place for everything or is that a bit boastful

Or are they full for the welfare and partial for the L&D?

Or are they all partial?

I have put good for all the sections and itemised further actions in all sections.

Bumping for you.

Just wondering why you didnt put outstanding for all sections? or is a good all you were hoping to get?

No matter how good I think I am there is always room for improvement

You cannot (or should not) consider your self the best that you could ever be....or can you/

I guess I think it's wrong to consider yourself the best.....very good - yes; the best - no

That's not a good attitude is it?

I have given myself some outstandings (on reflection)

How effectively is provision in the early years foundation stage led and managed?

How well does your setting work in partnership with parents and others?
& this one
How well do children enjoy and achieve?

I think that is fair

I put good on all of mine and I was asked why I had done that rather than outstanding, and I said that you need to be able to reflect and see what needs improving, so therefore you are good as you can see areas that need doing.

I was told that you can put outstanding and as long as you can say why you go that extra mile then that is OK. It is then what they will look for as you can say what you do so that they know about you and your business before they get there.

My view was put good and then they can give you outstandings rather than put outstanding and find you are only good!
