Hi, hope evryone is ok. Can anyone answer my question, I'm registered for 2 under 5's but my DS turned 5 last November, I know I have to write to them informing them but will they let me care for 3 under 5's now with out resquesing a variation?

No you need it written on your certificate

No you have to ask (& I think enclose his birth certificate....not sure)

Hi Everyone,

Saz - I sent off a copy of DS's birth cert and got a new certificate within about 2 weeks.

I have a new mindee coming for a settling in period today. He then starts next week.

Just spoken to them, going to fax letter and birth cert today. Sods law, had 3 enquries so far this week, going to try and get it through quicker. Ofsted said on the phone it should be no problem so fingers crossed.

anyone heard from oneDS? i hope she's ok.
