nanny contract

what does everyone else do about this? I've seen the nannyjob specimen but has anyone any better advice about this? it seems a bit basic (eg doesn't cover stuff like confidentiality etc) - anyone else got any better suggestions etc?

I don't mind payign a bit for one to be drawn up as its not something that I'd imagine either me or nanny would want to be wrong.

well if I'm honest the one I really like (who dh hasn't met) is prob asking a bit more than I want to pay given her skills/experience and I need to be sure that she'll do the hours (to be fair she has done them before but seems to be angling for a later start than I can offer - again I think this is the agencies fault as they haven't listened very well to my diretions on any candidate)...the other candidate is fine but I don't really want to offer her the job til dh has seen my preferred candidate which is not til thursday so she may get another offer in teh mean time...

athene - my soon to be new employer has asked me to email her over a decent specimen contract, I could just use the one I have with my current employer but would you mind if I had a nosey at yours?
