Fried egg and mushroom sandwiches going round if anyone wants one

Only half day today as off to a wedding later.

NumberFour · 05/12/2008 06:59

Morning!

I joined Weight Watchers online 3 weeks ago and have stuck to it for about 3 or 4 days so best I give the sandwiches a skip and have some lettuce for breakfast.

Yes, TFIF. Two weeks to two weeks leave!

SammyK · 05/12/2008 08:01

TFIFriday!

I have just felt incredibly over stretched this week. My afternoon mindees are really tiring me and nothing is improving. Add on paperwork pressures and all my stuff re:DS I am exhausted and functioning on autopilot.

I am two weeks away from two weeks off to no4, I can't wait! (How is WW online, I am toying with the idea as have put lots of weight on!)

Shoshe have lovely time at wedding.

SBelle - thanks for sarnie.

KatyMac · 05/12/2008 08:03

Morning all

Still a bit open mouthed & shocked this am

I'll just grill a bit of bacon to add to mine (if that's OK)

NumberFour · 05/12/2008 08:15

SammyK, WW online is really easy to use and it works out points for you very quickly etc. My problem is eating properly and not continually going up for 450 points a day (or therabouts )

KatyM, that's such good news about your new kids!

Shoshe, hope you have fun at the wedding!

SB, bet you are glad it is Friday, too!

I have just noticed that I like using exclamation marks a lot!!!!!!!!!

LoveMyGirls · 05/12/2008 08:19

Hey everyone,

No4 I joined WW in Jan and have lost 2 and a half stone, I'm going to night to the new launch thing just to see what its about, I think I've recently put a few pounds on so need to keep it in check!

Shoshe have a fab time!

Km glad things are looking up a bit for you

Sammy not long to go,I'm looking forward to some time off too!

SB enjoy your quieter day

SammyK · 05/12/2008 08:20

KM that is great so pleased for you that business is picking up!

No4 - have done ww before but not online, impossible for me to get to a meting at the moment so will look into online I think.

hi girls!
i'm very naughty and have only just started doing my tax return
a. how much can i earn before i pay tax?
b. i'm trying to work out how much i can claim for heat/light in my book it says one third full time and one sixth part time - how m,any hours is part time?
c. wear and tear? what does this mean?

sorry for all the questions and for being a bit thick here! last time i didn't earn enough to have to worry about all these bits and bobs but this year i need to claim everything i can. TIA

WhileShosheWatchedHerFlocks · 05/12/2008 13:01

Ok all done up and somewhere to go, off to the wedding in about ten mins.

NumberFour · 05/12/2008 13:05

Lucky girl!

KatyMac · 05/12/2008 15:20

F/T is 40 hrs

Wear ^& tear is 10% off the top of your income

So if you earnt £6700 W&T is £670

SammyK · 05/12/2008 16:35

Can No4 and LMG look here please?

Well done on your weight loss LMG

vInTaGeVioLeNcE · 05/12/2008 16:37

thankyou katymac

southernbelle77 · 05/12/2008 19:13

YEY! Another week over

Had a much better week this week than last, when I thought I was going to pull my hair out over one rather naughty after schoolie. Anyway, started a reward chart this week and it has worked really well. Even got mindee trying to learn words (my dd does this every day) which is REAL progress. Mindee and dd (who also has reward chart as they are in same class in reception so really have to include her ) got to choose something out of the 'good behaviour box' tonight! Went down a storm!

Busy weekend planned as taking dd to her best friends tomorrow morning (goes to different school so they don't get to see each other much) to play for bit and then we are off for a family photo shoot as mil wants a pic of all children and grandchildren for Christmas!

Evening all

Shoshe - hope you enjoyed the wedding

No4 - Good luck with the WW!

LMGs - WELL DONE mate, just think how you will look in your wedding dress now eh

SammyK - lots of big squishy {{{hugs}}} to you, I know you've had a really tough year Just keep thinking of that 2 week break round the corner

Katymac - I'm so pleased things are picking up for you and agree with who put on the other thead about being like buses. The phone hasn't stopped ringing here for the past 2/3 weeks, it's MAD!!! If only they were enquiries for school aged children, unfortunately mine are for under 5's and I'm more than chocka with those now! I hope it continues for you

Vi - I'll going to panic and do mine in January!!

Well, I've had a very quiet day.....ds2 fell asleep around 11am and slept til 2.30pm AGAIN! (still not well), one mindee was gone by 12.15 (high temp and really not herself) and other mindee left at 2.30pm after being sick in bed. No after schoolers on a Friday so that was me done for the day. When I picked up ds1 from school and told him it was just us, I asked if he wanted to go out etc. and guess what he said 'can we just go home and you play with me' He was so desperate for me to have some time with him rather than ignoring him or telling him to wait etc! Anyway, we've spent time and had a 'pizza in a box' as he calls it and I'll be putting him to bed soon. I'm determined to spend some quality time with my boys tomorrow. Dh is out all day so we're going to go to town if baby is not too poorly.

Oh......for those who mentioned sausage casserole yesterday, me and dh has chicken and italian sausage casserole last night thanks to mindees mum (one who cooks for us quite a bit since I was pregnant) and it was LOVELY as usual. Was also given 4 bottles of stella last night from another parent so that made for a nice evening Tonight I'm on my tod as dh just left for team meal out so I'm going to drink more stella and catch up with some of my soaps on sky+

Hope you all have a lovely evening and weekend

No4 - my overuse is smilies - can't help it [f grin]
