i work 3 days a week for a bank, i have 3 yo ds and am expecting dc2 in may, i am considering becoming a childminder,its always been something ive wanted to do but never got round to it before ds came along.it would be initially for the days that im not in the bank but with a view to becoming full time at it. is this realistic? also im in northern ireland, so i know the legisations are different. if anyone can point me in the right direction with regards courses and starting out that would be a great help. i guess im just looking for an idea of how much i can charge what would be expected from me, arranging holidays and that sort of thing.
