I use the receipt books from NCMA

They pay into the bank after I give them an invoice - so there is no receipt (apart from thier bank statements)

I use a duplicate receipt book (from somewhere like Sussex Stationers or WHSmith) Whether paid by cash, cheque or bank transfer.. once funds are cleared I give them a receipt. I also keep a copy of invoices given.

Ummmm, no receipts given. Should I be?
I did used to, but the parents said they didn't want them!

I don't give receipts either, parents just don't want them. However they do sign off, on how much they have paid me in my accounts book.

Oh ok so I don't have to give them one. I get them to sign my accounts book and they pay directly into my bank account so thats fine.
Thanks!
