I am trying to put together an inclusion policy and have no idea where to begin.

If you post on Special needs education topic you may get some helpful replies

Have you had a look at Bromley Childminding Association website?? Their Equal Opps policy might be a good guide?

FWIW I have an Equal Opps Policy, v similar to the BCMA one, not an Inclusion Policy.

Really, really am struggling with this

I'm not sure I believe in 'inclusion' or a SEN policy or anything more that 'equal concern' I don't call it equal opps because I don't think it is the right phrase - would you give both a 4 month old & a 14yo the same opportunities? or would you make sure that each child had thier own needs met

If you know your children and each one is treated according to his/her own needs would inclusion and stuff be needed

I find the whole thing a '' nightmare
