We are considering either this or a childminder (if we both end up working, I am sahm atm) but have no idea how to go about looking into a nanny share. How does yours work? How did you find a nanny/sharer? How do you split days? 3 days in your house one week, 2 the next? And how much/week roughly could we expect to pay? (even London rates would be useful as a benchmark).
