How often are you all doing yours?
Is it every time you use the car/ go on trips/ go to the park?
Thanks in advance x

as i understood it, you could use one for a number of trips. ok that doesnt make sence...
for example a trip out in the car, as long as you had done a risk assesment and had a review date for it, you could use it for every trip out in the car, so if your going to the same places and nothing changes all you need to do is review then every 6-12 months

hiya, i was told do do cars every few months, or if they have to go in for repair/mot/tax/insurance etc, just add that on with date..outings, generic one unless something changes so again every few months update it

I've been seeing the following appearing on Ofsted reports published over the past few weeks:

maintain records of risk assessments, including those for each type of outing with children

Each type of outing? Do you think Ofsted means each different location?
