Good morning girls. Think I may have to make a doctor's appointment, this virus, is awful, and is making my sleep almost non existent.

MOrning, Shoshe! You poor thing. I cannot function well on no sleep and that is when I am healthy and well.

My DS is not, though, Was sick all over his bed at 5.30.

Just texted all my parents and gave them the option to keep their kids away seeing that i am not sure if it is tummy bug or not.

THEY ALL SAY THEY WILL RISK IT BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO GO TO WORK!!!!!!

Suppose I would have done that, too if I was give the option when I was at my old job.

Will def be calling all my parents if DS is sick again.

Come to think of it, my tummy feels a bit yuck too.......

I', working, as I have new CM in doing her first day with me, till she gets on her feet, well the morning in.

And new baby was suppose to start today, but has gone to a funeral in Scotland so now starting Wednesday.

I am applying for a teaching assistant job - probably won't get it, but just applying for any I fancy that come up.

Before anyone moans about childcarers posting during working hours... I'm off work Today, Tuesday and Thursday. So short working week for me this week.

Shoshe - take care of yourself. Personally I avoid going to doctors... have you tried chatting with your local pharmacist? Night Nurse can help with getting some sleep.

Number4 - I'm not surprised. Think someone would need to have The Plague or Black Death these days for parents not to send their children

I'm not ill, so I'll not be staying long in this staff room... off to the new shopping centre that opened at the weekend.

morning (I like nick am not working today, so posting with an easy conscience ? spelling!). Mums isn't ill, but ds4 has a slight chest infection so on ab's, ds3 finishing his abs and ds2 is off with a cold, and doc said to calpol and nurofen him, so that hopefully it doesn't turn into a chest infection either!!!

Shoshe, please look after yourself - my dh recommends a hot toddy!! I agree that the name change sounds adapt today!

No4, sorry to hear that ds is ill and that you aren't feeling too great, but not surprised about the mindees parents. My as is still coming even though 3 out of 4 ds's are ill!!

The shops were terrible. Must be the only shopping centre, which does not actually have any shops! They were all Cafe's / Restaurants. Luckily it is next to the old shopping centre which still has shops.

Nick I'm not allowed to take over the counter meds, as on a cocktail for Lupus and Fibromyalgia. Anyway been to Docs this morning, and on more AB's then when finished them more blood tests, as Dr thinks my white blood count is seriously down again

Made our 1st xmas decs this morning after watching santa arrive in town yesterday so mindees all happy.

Hello all! Sorry most of you are unwell. I've come in with a mask over my face as I do not want to get ill!

I've had a pretty easy day of it today with just one mindee as other off sick. We had a lovely day together and it was much easier as when others are here, said mindee gets very clingy for some reason. Mindee now gone home and dd's dinner is done

Anyone know why the fan in my computer sounds like it is about to explode?! Hope it doesn't!
