One of my mindees I only have for one day a week. How often do you think I should be writing an Observation on him?
Also do I need to do Observations on my 5+ mindees?
TIA x

I would do one observation per month. For the 5+ mindees your dont have to do them. You only have to do EYFS until a child reaches 31 Aug after their 5th birthday.
