EYFS and Temporary Contracts

Hiya,
I've heard that you don't need to do EYFS with temporary contracts under 1 month; does anyone know if this is true as the Ofsted website doesn't say anything like that?

Hi I thot Id answer you but I dont know officially.

It makes sense not to do EYFS as the child is not with you long enough. Maybe just keep a daily diary to cover yourself.
