how to decline aupair after interviewing

I have been looking for an aupair and I've been lucky to find some very good options who have shown interest in our family, but i can only pick one. how can we decline the others politely, it just seems so difficult especially after speaking with them and emailing them. also do i owe anything to an agency who has been helping me look for an aupair if i decide on someone i have found independantly....i hate saying no..

thanks.. i really dont want to keep them waiting and want to answer as soon as possible.. i think we should make up our mind very soon!!!!
