how does this work with aged 5 and above then... will we have to still observe, plan etc... thanks.

I don't think so there is something about only having to do it if you are the main care giver. I will go and have a little look now for something more concrete!

BMZ looking at the framework I think I must have dreamt this up as I can't find anything to support it. Best to hold tight and wait for someone more clued up to come along!

You only have to do it until 31 August after their 5th birthday.
