Looking for a nanny/experienced au-pair in Muswell Hill

We've just moved into the area and need mainly morning childcare from April for a 4yr old and nearly 3yr old. We plan to have a live-in something or other, but dont know whether it is expecting too much of an au-pair. We are new to London and the whole nanny/au-pair business seems a bit scarry - any suggestions?

We have had a live out Nanny-share for the past few years, since our daughter was one year old.
The Nanny is wonderful. The other party to the share is now moving out of London and our daughter is now at school. We are very keen to keep the Nanny for after school pick ups and holidays and are are looking for a family who would share on a 2/3 : 1/3 basis. We livei n East Finchley.
