How does this work? How does it benefit you? What do you pay them, and how?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Well, when I started I worked with DH - in order for DH to have Dr's appointments & to go shopping we took on an assistant

Then we had an extension so we could have more children, so we took on more assistants/childminders

We can now have up to 9 under 5's, plus up to 3 other minded children - I have employed up to about 8 people at a time

Now of course I have no children 4 employees & I'm going bust
