Variation letter

Hi - am looking for an idea how to do a variation letter,.
Come September i will have 1 @ 1 year old (own) 2 year old, 2 5 year olds ( one my own ) and then on a Thursday i will have 1 5 year old and her 7 year old sister but ONLY for a Max of hour while i wait until nan picks them up, this would take me up to my max of 6 ( 4 over 5 ) never had to apply before do any help in what i should say would be appreciated .

Thanks for getting back to me so quick, when they gave me my registration it was just for 3 children as i was new into childcare and pregnant at the time! only now needing to change it

Well I guess your right

Explain what you want, that you have the facilities to do it, the equipment etc

Hopefully they will say yes

Did you get a change when your child hit 5 or do you need to mention that?
