not sure if this is in the right place but i know i will get a quick response here!

I signed a contract with a client and she has changed her mind on starting dat, end date and how many days she needs. I am goint to take a new contract over shortly adn my husband said that at the bottom i should put something like "this contract replaces any other signed contracts"

Is that the correct wording or should it be worded differently?

Thank you

Paula

Contracted dated (insert date of this one) overirdes any previous contract and its contents signed prior to this date.
Any changes to contract must be requested in writing and discussed prior to any changes being made.
