New premises inspection

Hi, me again. I am starting to childmind from september but i received my registration certificate last year. However, just after becoming registered, we moved. Our new house needed extension and building works so it wasn't really safe enough to have minded children around. Some building work e.g plastering, electrics is still going on but by september the downstairs will be finished and playroom, lounge, kitchen family room will be good to use. I need to change the address on my certificate now. Will Ofsted want to come round and inspect the premises? If so, what will they be looking at because if they come before september it won't be finished. Thanks.

It depend, my last move they didnt I just had to send in a plan of teh house and a risk assessment.

But this move (when it actually happens ) I am due a Ofsed anyway so they will probably come out.

Have you had your 1st working Ofsted yet, or was your last one a pre work inspection, if it was you normally have one withing 7 months, so they might come out.

i will do a risk assessment anyway. Do you know where i can download a good form? How quickly would they expect me to carry out any work? For instance, we have patio doors out to the garden but they might say it's quite a steep step out into the garden at the moment until we get the decking done. Would they want that doing immediately? Am panicking i won't have all the little things done now.
