My daughter is a highly responsible and mature 16 year old, and wants to work. She has an ad hoc job but it’s very irregular, and it’s so hard to find jobs these days, let alone get to interviewing when she has little to no industry experience.
She has worked with children before, through volunteering, family, and working at a kiddy theme park, letting kids on and off rides and operating them.
We have little connection to parents with younger kids, and it seems all childcare websites are minimum 18yo to join. Are there any websites that allow 16+ or any advice on how to find families who need childcare please?
