Does anyone else have 2 fairly young (one 1s my ds aged 2 1/2 and one is mindee aged 22months) children at home all day that play really lovely together until the afterschoolies are home! My ds suddenly seems to grow horns and doesn't want to give the youngest mindee the time of day preferin to play with older mindees of course little mindee doesn't understand and tries to follow everywhere and spoils their games as he doesn't realise that the cars on the floor are pretending to be a race track! Was just wondering if anyone else has a similar experience daily? TBH think it doesn't help that by 4.30pm youngest mindee is very whingey as tired so my ds has had enough as you can't walk near him without him throwing himself on floor and bursting into tears!

its hard isnt it, what id do is set up an activity for the younger one to do (play doh, bbricks colouring etc) and let the older ones do what they do..let your own be 'grown up' with the odler ones and then relations will stay good through day when the two re by themselves??
