Live in nanny agency recommendations - think it’s always best to go on recommendations

Any agency but ‘Little Ones London’ (awful agency I’ve witnessed)

Was going to look independently but to be honest it might just be best to use an agency due to how time consuming it is to find one independently.

The agency placement fee’s (I know) are astronomical. But think I feel the lack of spare time and stress I’m under right now, going through an agency would expedite my search, and ease all got on plate right now. And they do offer the replacement garauntee. So am swaying to just go through an agency.

We will be based in Hertfordshire.

Not looking for a HNW style nanny. Just a good nanny.

If anyone can recommend some recommendations of good agencies they may have, would be so gratefully appreciated 🙏

Ellie at WrightAdvice is great.

Katie at Arthur's House is very good, but it's a smaller, newer agency so not the range of candidates you'd get in other places.

Eden is a big agency with lots and lots of nannies on their books. Their customer service is ok, but not brilliant ime although I'm speaking as a nanny not a parent so they're maybe better at dealing with parents.

Avoid PoppyLane Placements at all costs.
