Nee Nanny video interview questions

Sorry for the typo in the headline, can’t change it!

Got our first Nanny through an agency

Getting our second Nanny independently as I feel more equipped now to do the search for our next Nanny independently

Just making a checklist of questions to ask during potential new Nanny video call interviews
— Does anyone have a checklist of things that were important to them to ask?
I’m making notes of what I know I need to ask, but just making sure there’s nothing I miss out that maybe others may have Or wish they would have asked or talked about when they were doing video call interviews (And later regretted, they hadn’t asked them)

Many thanks

I always discuss very clearly the hours/days to make sure they can commit to them (early starts etc).

What they liked or didn't like about/why they left previous roles is always useful for understanding working style/strengths and weaknesses especially when you take references from the previous employers and hear both sides!

Good luck!
