Missed childcare funding confirmation date

I’ve messed up and missed the childcare funding confirmation window. 3 month confirmation window ended 18th November and only confirmed today (20th). I missed the emails for the first time and am really panicking. Contact number isn’t open yet, anyone been in a similar situation? I thought if you miss the deadline you don’t get anything for the next 3 months.
