Locked out of childcare gov account

I tried to log into my childcare gov account last night as I normally do to check if I received the government top up so I could make my payment to nursery. It asked me 3 security questions and it kept saying I've answered them wrong. In the end after too many attempts it locked me out and said call on Monday morning. I'm so frustrated!! What will be process be to get back into the account? I've heard its long winded apparently! 😥 TIA

Try now. It should hopefully reset otherwise call on Monday

Tried again but no luck :( I just worry because my money is in there and I can't even remember the stuff for security questions

I did thankfully and I knew the answers to equifax stuff they were quizzing me on like your credit history. If you get it wrong apparently you have to send in documentation etc like passport I'm guessing. But the website is awful. I mean I have to renew my eligibility for kids nursery place but if it wasn't for that I'd be sacking this whole childcare credit for working parents off. It's horrible. I've lost overtime at work on Monday and tomorrow morning because there's issues still where I can't get into the site and pay nursery. They've had hundreds of my pounds since a week and I can't log in and I can't pay nursery
