I tried to log into my childcare gov account last night as I normally do to check if I received the government top up so I could make my payment to nursery. It asked me 3 security questions and it kept saying I've answered them wrong. In the end after too many attempts it locked me out and said call on Monday morning. I'm so frustrated!! What will be process be to get back into the account? I've heard its long winded apparently! 😥 TIA
