Online profiles

For the first time in a few years I have a childminding space available for next year.

I have a childcare.co.uk profile which I have updated to say I have a space and have had quite a few people look and read, but no messages of enquiry.

Maybe my profile needs a refresh? Any tips? As a parent what would you like to read?

I always send a message to anyone who views my profile, but they may not have contacted you because you don’t collect from their school or something.

Thank you, I have sent some messages today. Some love quite far so distance will be a consideration but you never know where people work or if they are moving closer.

I'd still love to polish up my profile if anyone has any tips.

In my experience people mainly care about the reviews. I know this as I state I don’t work Fridays about three times in my profile and still get messages about Friday childcare! Proof many are not reading profile. Get all your current and past parents to write a review.

That's interesting, I do have a few reviews but maybe I'll request some more.

Totally agree on the not reading though! Mine says I don't do school runs but I still get messages asking me to do wrap around.
