Hi I’m just looking to vent a bit here, my ex has paid £100 this past year and none the year before csa for the two children we share, he has now the cheek to ask for the kids account details (GoHenry)they are 9 and 7 so he knows they are getting money ha! He has now the right to ask what I spend the £50 he gave me two weeks ago on does he, in stuck thinking should I push the csa and take him to court for the years of unpaid CSA or isn’t it worth the hassle when he clearly can’t pay anyway.

@TashH8 you've posted in the childcare section - so it's for nannies/childminders etc. Maybe move to money matters or relationships or AIBU?

my daughter is in same situation father has paid nothing and she has decided to go to the csa. as the children's welfare are the most important thing (not the fathers). from what you are saying im getting the feeling he has emotionally abused and manipulated you. ask yourself what do you have to lose by getting the csa involved if he isn't paying anything anyway. don't give him the bank details or tell him anything that is a control thing which you do not have to acknowledge or justify
