I have 4 kids aged 7.5yo, 5.5yo, 3yo and 3mo. Currently we have a nanny for afternoons.

How long did you feel the need to have a nanny?

I’m a working mom living in Dubai with my husband and our one-year-old daughter. Managing both work and home has been quite challenging, especially with a little one who needs constant care. That’s why I feel having a full-time nanny is essential for me right now. She can help with childcare, and daily routines, which makes it much easier to balance my job and family life. I believe every family’s situation is different, but for us, having full-time support helps maintain a healthy work life.
