Communication app?

my husband and I both work full time and our work can include evenings and weekends. We stagger our work to minimise childcare and have an after school nanny.

Are there any apps to aid with communication? At the moment our nanny might tell one of us something (say about a school trip) but the other one might need to act on the information and it’s just a lot of mental load to keep track of. We do have a shared WhatsApp but our work involves that and so it sometimes gets lost. I’m wondering if anyone has used a coparenting app despite being happily married!

Any recommendations welcome.

Have used OurFamilyWizard (I nannied for divorce parents) which was fine but that also requires info being put into it which gets forgotten, nanny says something to you and you have to remember to put it in the app AND act on it.

Do you have a group WhatsApp with your nanny? Ask her to put everything in there - if I say something to my boss in person, she will often ask me to also pop it in the WhatsApp so she doesn't forget

You could always go old school and get a paper planner on your wall. Everyone enters information they have and everyone takes the time to look at it once a day.
