How do I find a nanny?

Ive searched Yell, cant get the Childcare link for my area...

How much should we pay? Im in south wales btw, not far from cardiff?

go through nanny agencies or advertise privatly on nannyjob.co.uk or your local gumtree

With regard to pay, found this article in the South Wales Echo, from March 2008. In it, the owner of NanniesOnTheNet says that a nanny in the area can expect £17k to £22k
