Help with childcare costs

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can offer some advice.

I was working part time and never had a problem with my childcare costs with UC fast forward to me now working full time and every month without fail I’m having issues with payments either missed off or late or only for one child (have 2)

main issue that I’m having is with my eldest for afterschool club. Her school use an app base system which you pay as you go for the days that’s you need. I block book and usually add on around £300 per month. Previously I would take a screen shot of my bank statement but now my case manager is asking for an invoice. The app/ school don’t give invoices as it’s pay as you go so they asked for confirmation that my child attends on the days that’s she did. This is where it gets confusing as it’s pay as you go sometimes payment can get rolled over for example my dd was off school for a week so the club rolled payment over or sometimes if I forget to book dd school charge me at a later date. If I don’t block book there’s not enough boxes.

the claim manger is now asking for provider info even though I have done this numerous times before. I feel like every month I’m jumping through hoop after hoop.

Is a screen shot not enough from the bank? I’ve uploaded receipts too of payment made? I have anxiety autism and adhd last week the claim manger stressed me so much I had to walk in to the job centre who did verify payment.

any advice on how to make this easier I have even asked her what should I do but am being ignored.asked for a phone call ignored.

thank you.

This is pretty normal (if annoying)

I always have to send screen shots of the payment from my bank statement as well as an invoice or email from the childcare provider (whichever I've got).

I did get 3 consecutive months where I had trouble with them paying me childcare. No idea why. I'd done everything right but each time they didn't look properly at what I'd sent through so each time there was back and forth and sending things across again till they relented and sent the payment they should have sent anyway.

Can you screenshot the payment screen on the app too? Or the booking page?
