Au Pairs

We’re thinking about possibly getting an au pair for the summer months. Helping with childcare mainly and possibly helping with cooking.
I’m aware that laws have changed since Brexit and it is now harder to employ one. Has any one employed one recently (since Brexit) and can guide me on how best navigate the system. Is there any help out there to sort visa’s etc out.
Any help or tips would be much appreciated.

Might be easier to go to an agency if you don't want to jump through hoops.

Essentially unless they are already living here you can’t employ one unless you’re prepared to pay them £38k a year.
Brexit was such a great idea
