Afterschool nanny

Curious if anyone has an afterschool nanny?
If so, how did you find them and how much do you pay?

From September will have DC in Year 1 and Reception so wondering if an after school nanny would be better than current childminder/afterschool club mix.

Depending where on Kent boarders there are two agencies near me who could help. East green childcare and elizabeth henry nannies

also a Facebook childcare site called snab - sevenoaks nannies and babysitters

so Many after school jobs about so need to pay well as nannies don’t really want as not enough hours
